Plain-language reading
Your situation
You are on a steady upward path, like a tree growing out of the earth and getting taller bit by bit. Sheng is a symbol of gradual rising: not a sudden burst but continuous growth. Your efforts will add up into results you can see.
Where to put your effort
Follow this momentum forward: actively seek better opportunities and meet the people who can help you. Stay humble and patient; a little progress every day is more reliable than a single sprint. Do not try to skip levels; solid growth is what will hold you up in a higher position.
